Writing Update #1

Aside from using this blog for school purposes, I plan to use this to help promote when ventures into the world of professional writing. For those of you who don't know, I'm an aspiring screenwriter and a children's author. An eclectic combination I know, but one nevertheless that I aspire to.

Though I have developed a bevy of script ideas, I am now focusing all my attention on my children's book idea. I am in the beginning stages of development, but hope to at least finish the first draft by the summer.

I am still developing my screenplay and hope to work on it upon completion of my book. This idea has been calling to me for quite sometime and I couldn't ignore it any longer.
